ARE YOU A CHEATER OR A TEACHER?

Teaching is a serious life work which last a life time and not a make do job to pass out time. Teachers can't afford to be cheaters.

A teacher is a builder. And the profession is a classic that command  real respect.

When a school is productive, it's a sign of good standard and culture stemming out from the efforts put in place by the teachers.

Schools  can't build a sustainable system without first building a sustainable working team of professional people/learner  oriented teachers.

You have to train the minds of those you employ into the workspace to be goal-driven not money-driven.

Professionalism is not space science but achievable in the teaching profession too and you can help engineer this by being a standard bearer.

Until the picture of a school is broadly drawn in the heart of teachers in order to see the broader picture of the life builders they are called to be,  you can't attain real success in your calling as an educator.

Some Educators came into the teaching business because they perceive teaching as an option not priority. They see it a chance not a choice.

Some of which are adhoc (those not really trained professional personel , who just dabble into teaching )

They began to operate in that dimension.

They become too complacent in the educational system. 

Until that ideology about our profession is changed in their minds, the result will always be indifference on their part. They continue to constitute  A clog in the wheel of progress  and remain an issue in the lives of all that are involved in the life-moulding business of ours.

As a teacher when you  put money before service to the young mind, you are to be seen as a misfit for the teaching profession. Please do the needful and take your exit from the profession and stop causing problem.

If you are the type that after teaching for months you still have to go into exam halls to give learners answers to questions ( and partly because you've bargained with them or their parents for monetary gains), please we don't need you in our profession. Please kindly find your way into the business world out there where you can make more money for your selfish gains.

Are you the type of person that do not see anything wrong in a teacher going after female Learners in the name of 'befriending' them or getting too intimate with them please kindly change your line of work, running a brothel has not be tagged an illegal line of work yet, why not consider this as an option, bearing in mind that your days are indeed numbered, if you do not have a change of mind about taking advantage of innocent minds.

The teaching profession is for those who are ready to mould lives not those who are all out to mere and  ruine such lives. 

It is a respected profession not for those who are in to sap out of it life, of all that they can possibly get of it by monetizing just about anything ,but for those who are ready to be spent and be spent to ensure that learners are built to become leaders not misfits in society.

There  is a  different between Cheaters and The real Teachers. Cheaters and pretenders while teachers are promoters.

Cheaters are those who came to gain from parents and their children taking advantage of their desire to better their lives by getting their children educated, teachers on the other hand are those who open the eyes of their parents to opportunities and steps to go to help their children achieve their dreams in life.

Teachers don't give out mark but they grade and evaluate based on performance and cognitives. They are after merits not merchants.

They are those who assess taking  recognition of the needs and emotions of the learners not those who sells to settle scores giving preference to the highest bidders.

Professional teachers are not rule breakers nor eye servicers , they are heart-servicers who are mindful of the consequence of every actions they take and the effect ift can have on the lives of their children.

Schools must not be supporters of the unprofessional teacher-cheaters , spot them out and send them out before they ruine all that you stand for.

The teacher is a second parent away from home to the learners,  he or she is a care giver, a role model that can be emulated not the person just passing out time in the name of gainful employment. 

A teacher doesn't give half knowledge nor give services that are half hearted. He or she is ready to sacrifice knowing that giving to help lives brings to them true happiness rather than the momentary non-existent Happiness salary or money can bring.

Stop being a cheater , avoiding to attend clases, stop being a cheater who exploit parents to the detriment of their children.

Stop the pretence,  not everybody is meant to be a teacher, once you don't have what it takes you can only seek help to get trained and retained, being ready to learn and relearn; in order that those that deepnt on you to learn can truly learn what is right from you, so as to better their future .

We all can contribute our quata to the system bit by bit helping to flush out the intruders who want to give us the bad name. Teaching isnt just a job but more than that, it is a way of life on which society depends and can be built through.

Schools and real teachers should help to shine the light and also pass the light to the right persons through the right teachers.
